Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for any amount
and are good for product purchases or if you are lucky enough to live
nearby, facials, peels or microdermabrasion in our Beverly Hills dermatology
office.
Gift Boxes
Gifts from SKN beverly hills are unique and always
appreciated. We can create a beautiful gift box for just $6. If you wish
to send a
message to the recipient, fill out the appropriate boxes on the order
form.
Payment
All orders must be paid by credit card. We accept Visa,
Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Payment Security
Credit
card information entered in the site is secure and safe. All order information
is encrypted until it reaches our customer service department. If you
are uncomfortable entering your credit card information online, we will
be
pleased to accept your order by phone. Please call 1-310-274-4401 9am-5pm
PST. As email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card information,
we advise that for your protection you do NOT send credit card information
via an e-mail message.
Sales Tax
Sorry all you cool Californians, but
you will be subject to an 9.75% sales tax if the order is shipped within
California state
lines.
All other states will NOT be charged sales tax.
Returns
We want you
to love your purchases from SKN. Unfortunately and without exception,
we cannot accept any returns on skincare products
that
are mostly used or after 30 days of purchase. If you return an unused
item within 30 days, we will credit your credit card, no cash refunds.
Send
your return via an insured and prepaid method (FedEx or UPS), include
your receipt and packing slip and the reason for the return. Shipping
and handling

Shipping & Handling
Standard shipping is 5-7 business days (not including weekends). Overnight
(FedEx) orders are available for delivery Monday-Saturday. There are no
Sunday deliveries. We will accept FedEx orders Monday at 9am through Friday
at 1pm. IMPORTANT: Any FedEx order that comes in AFTER Friday at 1pm will
be FedEx'd out on the following Monday or if it is a national holiday,
the following Tuesday. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Additional State Shipping Charges Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada,
and the US Virgin Islands have an added $18 to the standard shipping charges.
If your shipping address is not in the above list of countries, your order will not be processed until we've confirmed the location with UPS, Fedex, or USPS. An additional charge may apply for some overseas locations.
